By downloading, accessing or using MoneyZIP, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Purpose of MoneyZIP
MoneyZIP is a personal-finance organization application designed to help users record and review income, expenses, budgets, savings, financial goals, credit-card records and manually entered investment records. MoneyZIP is not a bank, broker, payment service, investment fund, lender, tax adviser, legal adviser or professional financial adviser.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, keeping your credentials and devices secure, maintaining appropriate backups of locally stored records, and using MoneyZIP lawfully.
4. Local and Online Features
Many personal finance records are designed to be stored locally on your device. Online connectivity is used for account access and security, account recovery and OTP verification, subscription verification and Group Expenses synchronization.
5. Premium Subscription
MoneyZIP Premium may be offered as an auto-renewable yearly subscription. Purchases, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled through the applicable app-store account and are subject to Apple App Store or Google Play rules.
6. Advertising
The free version may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services. Premium users may receive an ad-free experience while their subscription is active.
7. Investment Information
Investment-related tools are intended for organization and informational purposes. They do not constitute a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or financial product.
8. Availability and Changes
We work to keep MoneyZIP reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features may be improved, changed or discontinued where reasonably necessary.
9. Intellectual Property
MoneyZIP branding, software, interface design and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MoneyZIP is provided without guarantees that it will meet every financial or personal requirement. Users remain responsible for verifying important financial information and for decisions made using their records.
11. Suspension or Termination
Access to online account services may be limited or suspended when reasonably required for account security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or material violation of these terms.
12. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated as MoneyZIP evolves. The current version will be published on this page with an updated date.
